Born and raised in Butte, Montana, Frank J. Joseph has been serving Butte-Silver Bow and the surrounding communities since 1989. He started with the firm Burgess, Joyce, and Whalen before opening his own firm in 1995. Frank is licensed to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Montana.
Frank received a bachelor’s degree in political science in 1986 and a law degree in 1989, both from the University of Montana. He serves on the Public Housing Authority of Butte, the Board of Trustees of the Butte School District #1, and the Mile High Bowling Center, Inc. Board of Directors. He is also president of the American-Lebanese Peace Society. Frank is husband to wife, Sherrie, and father to two daughters. In his free time, he is an avid hunter, fisher, and outdoorsman.
